Stephan Siegenthaler has studied at the Music Academy of Bern, at the Nordwestdeutsche Musikakademie in Detmold and at the Geneva Music Academy. From 1990 to 1995 he held the position as solo clarinettist in the Biel Symphony Orchestra. In 2008 Stephan Siegenthaler was appointed Rector of the Music Department of the Lucerne University of Applied Science and Arts.
