Asylum seekers cooking up a storm.
Asylum seekers take part in a six-month training course in the restaurant school “La Cultina” in Bern. Every day they serve up international dishes to around 300 people. The course, subsidised by canton Bern, offers new skills to refugees. Photographer Severin Nowacki visited the multicultural restaurant.
