Not currently as I type this. I travel mostly by train when I can. Once a year I travel by a Plane.
Visited Switzerland from Indonesia in June / July and did not notice any problems. Everythign went smoothly on both ends (and in Dubai transit). No delays anywhere.

Did not notice a problem. I traveled twice since January and no flight delays no canceletions affected me.
