In just over a month, children – and likely a few adults – will be on the hunt for chocolate Easter bunnies. At Konditorei Confiserie Schillig in canton Uri, production is already in full swing. This year, the bakery will craft around 2,000 chocolate bunnies, each made with the finest artisanal techniques.
