One of the two red buttons used to shut down Mühleberg nuclear power plant. Decommissioning of the ageing nuclear facility near Bern is halfway complete. The plant continues to be monitored from its central command centre but several systems have been taken out of operation. The dismantling of the nuclear power plant will continue until 2034.

Train vs plane: would you take a direct train between London and Geneva?

Eurostar is planning to run direct trains from Britain to Germany and Switzerland from the early 2030s. Would you favour the train over the plane? If not, why not?
