Dormant account issue also affects Swiss solidarity fund
The Swiss government has deliberately stayed out of the Swiss bank audit process leading up to the Volcker report on dormant accounts. But a plan indirectly linked to the issue, the Swiss Solidarity Foundation, is still on the cards.
