Caught by surprise
Photographer Michael Wolf has made full use of Google Street View and puts a new twist on street photography. "A Series of Unfortunate Events" surprises us with absurd and weird happenings from everyday life.
Wolf takes us on a virtual journey through the cities of the world. He isolates small scenes from the firehose of Google Street View images and gives us a glimpse into people’s lives. His series of photos was awarded an “Honorable Mention” at the 2011 World Press Photo Awards (Pictures: Michael Wolf/Christophe Guye Galerie Zurich)
