Karl-Andreas Kolly (born in 1965 in Chur) studied at the Music Academy in Zurich, in Prof. Karl Engel's master class in Bern and with Mieczyslaw Horczowsky in Lucerne. On more than 40 compact discs he has recorded works of Chopin, Schumann, Mendelssohn (with D. Ashkenasy), Liszt a.o. Since 1991 Karl-Andreas Kolly is professor at the Music Academy Zurich.
