Having a ball Previous Next During the 1930s and 40s Swiss photographer Jakob Tuggener (1904-1988) immersed himself in the world of high society. He captured on film the gestures and facial expressions of guests at the most glittering balls and parties. Sadly, Tuggener did not live to see his powerful and atmospheric pictures reproduced in book form.
