More farmers reduce cow milk production to make goat’s cheese
In Appenzell rare goats have been protected and promoted for two years thanks to a special project by the foundation Pro Specie Rara. Many farmers are taking advantage of incentives to reduce cow milk production and are turning to making goat's cheese. (SF/swissinfo)
