Fanny Anderegg Quartet: Home
Contemporary vocal jazz. Young singer Fanny Anderegg comes from the swatch city Biel/Bienne in canton Berne. With Home she delivers a fine 3rd album, which will win her further reputation both in Switzerland and abroad. Her 15 original songs are based on interviews she led with a vast array of people on the subject what home means to the individual. The answers as shaped in these songs strike with their fiery lyricism. Anderegg's longtime working band acts thereby with a mixture of sensitivity and bite.
