The fifteenth edition of the Biel/Bienne Festival Photography measures time with contemporary photography, showing what can happen in a blink of an eye, the time it takes to capture a scene on camera. Time is decisive in all forms of photography. Time is also important to Biel, the centre of the Swiss watchmaking industry.

Should raw milk sales be banned or should consumers decide?
