Environment minister calls for CO2 cuts.
Environment Minister Moritz Leuenberger says emerging economies must increase efforts to cut CO2 emissions. In a video message launched during a United Nations climate meeting in New York, Leuenberger said not only industrialised countries must contribute to protecting the environment (Federal Environment Office)
