Watch: Brexit and direct democracy discussion

At the event held at the University of St Gallen, Professor of Public Policy Patrick Emmenegger, SWI Global Democracy Correspondent Bruno Kaufmann and Swiss Public Television SRF London correspondent Henriette Engbersen discussed the factors that led to Brexit, how it and other direct democratic votes are being implemented, and what we've learned about direct democracy as a result.
