An archive featuring the testimonies of around 100 living witnesses sheds light on the history of compulsory social measures and placements in Switzerland between 1930 and 1970. The national touring exhibition “FOSTERED. LOCKED AWAY. FORGOTTEN?” opens this week at Lucerne’s city museum, where it runs until 23 October.
