Kosovo crisis dominates Swiss-Bulgarian talks
Swiss President Ruth Dreifuss (right) met Bulgarian Foreign Minister Nadezhda Mihailova in the Swiss capital Berne on Friday for talks dominated by the Kosovo crisis. Both countries support the reconstruction of the Balkans and a swift return of refugees.
