Riding to the “Top of Europe”

The Jungfraujoch forms part of a Unesco World Heritage Site and lies at an altitude of 3,454 metres. It is reached via Europe's highest altitude cogwheel railway. At the top, the views extend as far as the summits of the Vosges mountains in France and the Black Forest in Germany. The Great Aletsch Glacier, the longest ice stream in the Alps, begins here.
