Crossing over to the massive glaciers on the Swiss side of the Silvretta group.

This is famous ski touring country, but unfortunately we’ll be boot stomping through the snow on our way to traverse Piz Buin, the highest peak in the region.

Unfortunately we had a mixup with passes and our meet-up with Dan Patitucci was misplaced by half a kilometre and took an hour out of the day to fix. But now we’re a group of three and ready to go. Still a long ways left, so once again (with my apologies) I must rush off and report in when I can.
