Swiss government sets scene for Seattle
Swiss Economics Minister Pascal Couchepin on Wednesday outlined the government's position at the forthcoming meeting of the World Trade Organisation in Seattle. Couchepin will lead the Swiss delegation to the talks which begin on November 30.
