Switzerland warns of time factor in Kosovo reconstruction
The Swiss authorities are warning that time for aid in Kosovo is running out as winter is approaching fast. Relief and reconstruction efforts, particularly housing repairs and the construction of adequate shelter, must be done before snowfalls begin.
