The 60-year-old press photographer from Lucerne has chosen his best images from the “wild Seventies” and created a photo book that reflects not only the prevailing attitude of the time and the sense of a new beginning, but also the belief in a bright future influenced by technology.
Ammon’s black-and-white photos also capture the close relationship between the public and the army back then, as well as the exuberant celebrations of the younger generation.
