• The main question is the headline and is formulated in a way that it elicits a thoughtful response (e.g. no yes / no questions)
• A short text provides the context, maybe a second, related question can also be added
• Responses are moderated by our journalists
• Debate hosts engage in the discussion
• For some debates, we invite experts to join the discussion
• Three sub-formats:

    • No public comments
