An interim report into January's Crossair plane crash, in which ten people died, sheds no light on the cause of the accident.

The eight-page report, compiled by federal air crash investigators, gives a detailed description of the events leading up to January's crash, but offers no explanation as to why the Saab-340 came down just two minutes after taking off from Zurich's Kloten airport.

According to reports, the investigators are now concentrating their efforts on a detailed analysis of the flight-data and voice recorders. They are yet to determine if the crash was caused by a technical fault or by human error.

The plane's Moldavian pilot and Slovakian copilot were both killed in the crash, along with a flight attendant and all seven passengers.
