W. A. Mozart: Serenades For Wind. Amphion Wind Octet..
Serenade in E flat, K375; Serenade in c, K388; Parthia in Bflat, K361. The Amphion Wind Orchestra achieved international recognition by winning the rarely-awarded first prize at the Van Wassenaer Competition for early music ensembles in The Hague (NL) in 1998. Its members, all former students of the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, are dedicated to the performance of early music on period instruments and play regularly with the foremost international baroque ensembles.
