Easter March winds through Bern
Up to 400 people have braved wind and snow in the Swiss capital Bern to take part in the sixth Easter March.
The march, which had as its theme “Justice creates Safety”, crept along the River Aare and ended at Münsterplatz, at the foot of Bern cathedral.
There, speakers, including former parliamentarian Rosmarie Zapfl and representatives from human rights organisation Amnesty International, repeated calls for a ban on army weapons in the home.
This year was the first time the Easter March speeches were held in both German and French.
