Schnyder on a roll in Vienna
Swiss number two Patty Schnyder is through to the third round of the $170,000 WTA tournament in Vienna.
The number eight seed defeated the Czech Republic’s Denisa Chladkova in straight sets, 6-3, 6-4.
Schnyder, who disposed of Romania’s Ruxandra Dragomir in the last round, now faces the winner of Thursday’s match between Germany’s Anke Huber and Sandra Kleinova from the Czech Republic.
