Folklore festival takes over Interlaken.
Young and old, from the cities and countryside, gathered in Interlaken in 2006 for the Unspunnen Swiss Traditional Costume and Alpine Herdsmen Festival. Strongmen competed in Swiss wrestling and stone throwing competitions. Yodellers and dancers also enjoyed their moment in the sun. (Pictures: Christoph Balsiger, swissinfo.ch)
