She has a Master’s degree from the Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, where her research focused on urban violence and gang desistance programs in the U.S.
Dorothée Baumann-Pauly is a professor at the University of Geneva’s School of Economics and Management. She directs the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights and, since 2013, also serves as the research director at the NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights. Berit Knaak is a senior research associate at the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights and has a dual background in economics and human rights law.

He has served as secretary general of a national political party and in leadership positions of local and international NGOs.
Emma Farrell is a sustainable finance professional based in Zurich. She spent four years as an Active Ownership Specialist at Credit Suisse Asset Management, engaging directly with chocolate and commodity companies on supply chain accountability and deforestation risk.
Hassan Herzallah is a Palestinian writer and translator based in Gaza covering displacement and life under siege. His work has appeared in international media and has been translated into several languages.

Dr Robert Floyd is Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), based in Vienna. An Australian national, he took up the post in 2021 and was reappointed for a second term in 2025. Before joining the CTBTO, he led Australia’s Safeguards and Non-proliferation Office for over a decade and spent seven years advising the Prime Minister on counter-terrorism and counter-proliferation policy. He holds a PhD in population ecology and spent his first twenty years as a research scientist.

Shrey Kapoor is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Basel and the University of Zurich. He studies Hindu nationalist violence in India and transnational repression of diaspora communities in Switzerland and co-authored the federally commissioned study on the Tibetan and Uyghur communities in Switzerland.
