ART: Rectangle and Square
Kunstmuseum Bern, on now till January 8, 2012
At the beginning of the 20th century, Hermann and Margrit Rupf laid the foundations for a collection of European contemporary art. The exhibition gives a comprehensive view of the aquisitions accumulated by the Rupf Foundation with key groups of works by Picasso, Braque, Klee and Kandinsky, as well as works by individual artists such as Markus Rätz and Meret Oppenheim. The most recent acquisitions include works by Vaclav Pozarek and Florian Slotawa.
