Franz Xaver Mozart was born in Vienna on July 26th 1791, just 4 and half months before his father Wolfgang Amadeus died. Henri Sigfridsson was born in Turku/Finnland in 1974. Gunhard Mattes, the chief conductor of the International Symphony Orchestra Lemberg, set up his first chamber orchestra at the age of 15. He later extended it to a symphony orchestra. Before he set out to be a professional conductor, he studied oboe with André Raoult at the Zurich Conservatory, and with Heinz Holliger in Freiburg, Germany. Gunhard Mattes lives in Bremgarten (AG), Switzerland.
