Pop. Pablopolar is an emerging band formed by Bernese undergraduates, whose four members purposely turned their back on the sacrosanct local dialect rock in favor of dyed-in-the-wool Britpop. The full dozen songs on their debut album Any Minute Now surprise with polished earworm quality and go down like a quaffable cocktail.
