Special police units: the ‘men of the first hour’

On 9 September 1982, special forces from the "Stern" special unit arrest two of the hostage-takers in camouflage suits who had occupied the Polish embassy in Bern since 6 September 1982 and taken 13 people hostage. The occupiers were Poles in exile.
