Clémence Poirier

Clémence Poirier is a Senior Researcher at the Center for Security Studies (CSS) at ETH Zurich in Switzerland. Prior to joining CSS, she was a Research Fellow, seconded by the French Space Agency, at the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI).
