Ankle tag to keep sex offenders under control

A judge can impose a ban on contact or an exclusion order on a perpetrator and have it implemented with an electronic ankle tag. In a pilot project in Zurich, law enforcement staff are wearing the tags themselves. The project shows that there are still some unresolved problems.
