Carlsberg swallows Feldschlösschen drinks
The Danish brewery, Carlsberg, is taking over the drinks divisions of the Swiss company, Feldschlösschen, for SFr870 million.
A joint statement issued on Friday said Carlsberg was buying out the beer, mineral water and sugared drinks divisions of Feldschlösschen.
The Swiss company, based in Rheinfelden, is seeking an alternative buyer for its Emil Nuesch subsidiary in Balgach.
