Dorothée Baumann-Pauly is a professor at the University of Geneva’s School of Economics and Management. She directs the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights and, since 2013, also serves as the research director at the NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights. Berit Knaak is a senior research associate at the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights and has a dual background in economics and human rights law.
